Hi! I am Natasha, your traveling boudoir photographer & rested confidence coach.
And I know you.. because I have been you.
You brush off compliments. You pick yourself apart (especially in photos.) You wonder what it would feel like to actually like your body not just tolerate it. To see yourself as pretty… maybe even hot.
With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a certification in Yoga Nidra (guided meditation practice), I help women misbehave and live deeply rested, sexy lives through photos, coaching, and a powerful reconnection to their pleasure and bodies.
After years of hiding from the mirror and picking myself apart, I chose my own favorite photographer, stepped in front of the camera, and started to change my story, but it wasn’t until my own divorce that I fully started to choose myself inside and out. That’s when everything changed.
I didn’t start to feel just hot. I felt flirty again. Sexy. Reclaiming that spark I hadn’t felt in years. I committed to practicing Yoga Nidra and deep rest practices everyday and started putting on lipstick, earrings I enjoyed. I started playing with misbehaving and ultimately reconnecting with my feminine energy. It finally felt fun to be me again.
Now I work with women in healthcare, breast cancer survivors, women over 40, divorced women, single women, women celebrating a wedding, anniversary, birthday, divorce or just finally ready to feel hot and sexy again.
You don’t need to feel confident to start. But you just might leave wanting to misbehave a little.
